Wet the central latch in cold water and fold it forward. As the water evaporates it draws heat from the fabric. Cooling depends on the conditions in your sauna and how wet the latch is.
How should I wash my towel?
Follow the care label supplied with your towel. Let it dry fully between sessions and avoid fabric softener on the cooling latch.
